- Brand and production days. Press days, campaign shoots and activations hire their crew through an agency, which is the work that is hardest to reach on your own. You are paid your full day rate for it.
- Your book stays yours. No exclusivity, no fee, no minimum, and no claim on the clients you already have.
- You never negotiate. We quote, we invoice, we take the deposit and we handle the client. You are given the date, the address, the call time and the number.
- Every job is offered, not assigned. You accept or decline each one and declining costs you nothing.
- You set your rate. We do not cap it and we never ask you to come down.
Quote us one number that already contains your travel, and any early start. You are paid exactly what you asked for.
Our fee is paid by the client, on top of what you charge. It never comes out of your rate.

How is this different from an app?+
An app sends you whatever its algorithm picks, at its price, minus its cut, and the client never learns your name. Mair is an agency. Somebody goes and finds the work, you set what it costs, and your name is on it.

Yes. No joining fee, no exclusivity, no minimum, no price caps.
Do I need my own kit?+
Yes, your kit, your products, your transportation. Mair handles the client, the scheduling, the invoicing and the support.
Can I work with other agencies and salons too?+
Yes. You are self-employed and free to work however else you choose.
