The House
The crew is built for the call sheet.
A cover and a press day call for different hands, so the shortlist is put together against the brief rather than pulled from a standing list. Who we put forward depends on the work, the day and the hours.
A named shortlist follows within forty-eight hours, with portfolios and rates, and you pick your crew from it position by position. If the date is inside two days, call and the shortlist comes back the same day. If you have worked with someone in Miami before, name her and we will approach her.

Activations. A station running for the length of the event, with the hands to keep it moving.
Runway. A morning crew, briefed on the look, working to the schedule.
Mair does not place on-camera talent or massage.
How it runs

- 04Mair confirms the call time with every specialist on the crew and stays reachable on the day.
Before the date
Every name has a second name behind it.
If a confirmed specialist does not arrive and we do not replace her, that rate comes off the invoice.
Every specialist we send holds a current Florida license for the work, where the state requires one, verified against the state portal. She carries her own liability insurance, verified before she is sent. We provide her certificate to your production office on request, and we will name your production as additional insured where her carrier allows it.
Ahead of the day you get the call sheet and the license numbers. Certificates of insurance on request.
If someone on the crew cannot make the day, replacing her is ours to do. If we cannot replace her within ninety minutes, her rate comes off the invoice.
On the day
One invoice, one number to call.
You are hiring a house, not five freelancers. Mair engages every specialist on the crew, holds the licenses and certificates, and invoices you once. One W-9, one point of contact, one person to call if the schedule moves.
Rates
What a day costs.
Half days start at $600 for four hours per specialist. Full days are ten hours and start at $1,000. Overtime is quoted on the brief, as is every day. The rate covers her kit, product and travel within Miami-Dade.
